- Pre-inspect to identify concerns
- Vacuum and place corner guards to protect walls from hoses
- Pre-treat heavily soiled areas as needed
- Give special attention to stains and high-traffic areas
- We use a deep cleaning, truck-mounted, hot steam extraction method
- Wipe off baseboards
- Use high-velocity air movers to speed up drying process
- Move and replace most furniture with protective tabs under legs
- Groom carpet
- Complete a post-inspection to ensure customer satisfaction
Most carpet manufacturers recommend the truck mounted units hot water extraction method with temperatures over 200 degrees at least once a year. We recommend twice a year, once in the spring and the fall depending on lifestyle, children, pets, etc .
