American Dream Homes was established in 1999 and has been under new management and ownership since 2006. We offer substantial savings on brand new homes, whether you want modulars, doublewides, or singlewides. We have a variety of floor plans, an experienced work crew, reliable sub-contractors and a pleasant office staff. We offer service from pre-sale well through the first year of occupancy and beyond in many circumstances. We help our customers arrange financing, if needed. Our services include clearing of the land, installation of driveway, all set-up, foundation, electric, plumbing and heat pump, and well/septic. We do a turn-key job, including building permits and landscaping if ordered. We pride ourselves on the satisfaction of our customers. We are more than willing to be of assistance to anyone no matter where they are in the process of buing a home. Our territory includes the entire state of Virginia. Many of our customers' homes are available to see by appointment.
