Better Floors Inc. is one of the only family owned and operated floor covering businesses in the Richmond and surrounding areas.  We have been a leader in the floor covering industry since 1984.  Since we opened our doors of our first showroom in Richmond over 20 years ago, we have served 10’s of thousands of satisfied residential and industrial customers.  Over those years we have consistently grown as a leader in the floor covering industry.  The growth that we have experienced over this time was not due to luck.  It was due to hard work and the dedication we have to serving our customers.  The growth would not have been there without our two biggest assets: Our Reputation and Our Satisfied Customers.  We know that we can’t have one without the other and like any successful company we will protect our assets.  We will do anything that needs to be done to make sure that you are happy with your products.
