Beverly Tyler started cleaning homes in 1987, doing the cleaning herself. She slowly started getting more homes than seh could do herself. Bev started hiring dependable people to help her. Bev now cleans 225 customers on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or when a customer needs Bev. Bev's Cleaning uses 2 or 3 person crews. Each crew is trained by Bev, working alongside Bev in each home, to assure that each employee does the quality work that Bev herself guarantees. No crew leader is sent in the field until Bev is confident that quality work will be performed. Effective September 1st, 2007, all new employees has to have a Virginia State Police Criminal background check before starting work.
In 1990, Bev moved in apartment cleaning, with the first complex at Hunter Chase at Brandermill(which she still cleans to this day). Bev's Cleaning Service cleans 6 to 10 apartment complexes. Waterford Apts., Hunter chase Apts., colonial Ridge Apts., and Ashley Park Apts. Also, Bev's cleans several complexes that have in-house cleaning(when apts. get backed up and need to be turned). Bev's has 2 apartment cleaning crews. Each crew consists of 2 employees, a crew leader and a helper. Each crew does 2 - 3 apartments a day, when work is available.
Bev's Cleaning also cleans rental houses, move outs, move-in and move-out for home owners and real estate companies. Bev's cleans for several home builders and has started cleaning commercial buildings.
A list of commercial builders includes Riverstone Contracting, RGI Contractors, Capstone Contracting, S.B. Ballard Construction(Veteran Care Center, McGuire Hospital), Conquest, Moncure & Dunn, Inc, and (Virginia Business Sys.) Mid-Atlantic Construction(WAWA's), Graybeale Construction, FasTrac G.C.
Bev's Cleaning Service is licnesed, insured and bonded since 1987 and is a member of the Better Business Bureau. A copy of these items is available upon request. Our other employees work with Bev for several weeks before going with other crew leaders.
