Breath of Fresh Air Health Care Training
Breath of Fresh Air was started by Teresa H. Mason in May 2002, as a part-time venture because of the apparent need for CPR and First Aid training. She literally built the business out of the back of her vehicle, teaching in the evenings and on weekends.  In January 2007, Breath of Fresh Air found a home conveniently located in Mechanicsville, VA where we continue to give back to the community by offering even more.
