We are a family owned and operated Class A General Contracting firm located in Stafford County, Virginia. The focus of our business is to improve upon the existing built-environment we are surrounded by. 

    We greatly value both the historic and rural heritage of the greater Fredericksburg community, and feel that the best way we can preserve that heritage, as a construction company, is by taking what exists, and making it better, both in form and function.

Residential Improvements

We have always had a customer-based focus for our residential services, which means that we do our best to be a one-stop-shop to fill our customer’s construction needs.

Resultantly, our range of projects varies from simple handyman tasks, to crafting custom built-in cabinets/bookcases, to finished basements, to 1500+ square foot home additions, and so on.

We also provide construction-management services for those customers who may be in the market for a custom home, garage, or other structure.

Commercial Improvements

Our service to the business community and to houses of worship is also customer-focused. We offer our commercial clients services that range from handyman/maintenance services, to custom renovations, and on up to custom build-outs of shell-space units.
