    Cardinal Abstract Co. provides residential and commercial settlement services in Fauquier County and the surrounding areas. We are owner operated and without the constraints of Controlled Business Agreements. This makes every customer our most important customer.   Established in 1983, Cardinal Abstract Company served the legal community with search and title insurance services. In response to changing markets we began to provide settlement services directly to the consumer in the early 1990s. Settlement services are our primary focus and source of business today. Pricing structures and service packages will continue to change as consumer needs dictate, but our focus on the customer will remain fixed and firm.
