Dante DeCapri and Joseph Gregory are the proprietors and principals of Certified
Inspections and Testing Services LLC. (DBA: A Nose For Mold) (DBA: CITS LLC.).
They are both working craftsman and licensed General Contractors with a combined
total of 42 years experience in building and remodeling new and historic homes.
Due to the prevalence of water and moisture damage encountered in their respective
projects, combined with an increased awareness of mold-related indoor environmental
quality problems, they incorporated CITS LLC., in the Spring of 2003.

Currently, Virginia does not have licensing or certification requirements for indoor
environmental quality (IEQ) professionals (they are on the way). However, in our desire
to be the best, we have researched, studied and tested. We possess some of the most
