Unlike many pest control companies, EUI was not started by a former employee of a large company.  In fact, in 1982 when Craig Duncan started out, he had never worked full time for any pest control company.  A relative in Norfolk, VA had offered a few part-time assignments fumigating grain ships and other odd jobs.  It was enough to pique Craig’s interest, and a new career was born.  Armed with little more than some basic training, a sprayer, and the desire to learn the trade and grow a business, Craig Duncan began Exterminating Unlimited Inc. in Mechanicsville, Virginia. With the help of his new bride, Beth, and industry suppliers, Craig began to develop a customer base and become educated in pest management.
 
From day one, the driving force behind EUI has always been honesty and quality service. Having been raised with Christian principals, Craig and Beth frequently pondered the phrase “do unto others as you would have done to you” as they began building their customer base, literally one customer at a time.  After 28 years of marriage and working together, Craig and Beth still lead the team at EUI.
