Complete Design Capability - Since 1984,
our talented design professionals have provided our clients with
creative, award-winning design solutions that meet their individual
needs and objectives. With immediate access to the most
up-to-the-minute construction processes and costs, the Lane design team
is able to review the design and work diligently to keep costs within
budget. This leaves few surprises and changes after the fact. The best
money and time spent on a remodeling project is during the design
phase.
Worry Free Construction - We provide a
turnkey job - from conception to completion - with open lines of
communication throughout the project. All our employees voluntarily
participate in a drug-free workplace program that includes random
testing. All subcontractors sign a subcontractor's agreement promising
to abide by our standards for personnel, materials, and workmanship.
Service Department - Quick, caring attention to any warranty or service concerns that may arise.
Customer Satisfaction - From the initial
design phase through your full one-year warranty, Lane Homes &
Remodeling, Inc. employees are dedicated to providing you with the best
possible construction experience.
One Year Warranty - A full one year
warranty applies to all materials and workmanship PLUS any extended
warranties offered by manufacturers and subcontractors. We even contact
you several times during the warranty period to be sure everything is
still living up to your expectations.
On-Site Management - An experienced member
of our Production Team will be working hands-on at your jobsite and
supervising all personnel and subcontractors.
Firm Prices - All contracts have a firm
price and the only changes will be change orders requested by the
client or those caused by hidden problems.
