Richard Rock is a class ‘A’ General Contractor and has been in the construction industry since 1972.  Richard also has been a ‘New Homes Superintendent’ for more than ten years. Richard has coordinated the scheduling and supervision for all subcontractors involved during the construction of these homes. 

Richard has also worked side by side with county inspectors to ensure all codes are met and followed. Under contract management, Richard acts as your personal superintendent to facilitate and coordinate the construction of your home while keeping you within your budget. Richard also coordinates all inspections and the scheduling of all licensed and insured sub-contractors. 

In addition to residential new construction, Razor Hill Homes provides free estimates for additions, basements and remodeling to your existing home. As the owner of Razor Hill Homes, Richard Rock takes pride in doing the highest quality work.  He demands exceptional workmanship and professionalism from each person and sub-contractor that he employs.  Customer satisfaction surveys are also provided to all customers upon completion of services rendered. Completed surveys are available for viewing upon request.
