About Us

Adam Mears is CEO and founder of Strategic Technology Systems who his professional career as a Network Administrator and Help Desk Coordinator for ExxonMobil Corporation. He later came back to Richmond and joined Virginia Credit Union as the Director of Records Management, where he was instrumental in creating and managing a clustered server farm to facilitate the 2 million records arriving at VACU on a monthly basis. He is currently on the board for the Richmond Technology Council, Association of Information Technology Professionals, and a member of the Bon Air Rotary.
