HOW WILL YOUR PROJECT WORK? Virginia Tradition Builders strive to make
each of our clients' projects an enjoyable
experience that they would recommend
to colleagues, friends and family. We try
to keep our customers from being overwhelmed by suggesting targeted designs and design choices after initial consultation meetings. Here is a step-by-step guide to how your project will work.
Consultation Meeting
We sit down with you and your family to discuss what you want out of your new project. We will listen to you to determine how we can best meet your needs. We will also ask a series of questions designed to help us fully understand how you live and your design preferences.
Proposal and Revisions
We will submit a proposal and some conceptual design ideas for you to review. We pride ourselves in being able to make your experience enjoyable by guiding you through the process of selecting your final design.
Final Design and Construction Documents
After we have defined your design criteria and ensured you are within your budget, we will finalize design and contract documents so that we can begin construction on your new space. Clear communication and design documents are essential to ensure our clients' expectactions are defined and met.
Construction
Our skilled craftsmen will begin construction on your new project. We will do our best to keep your family's needs and schedules in mind to minimize the disruption to your lives.
Completion
Your project will be completed with high quality craftsmanship to meet and exceed your expectations. After the last nail is hammered and board painted, we're still here to answer any questions or resolve any issues that may arrise.
